Wi-Fi 1 Gb

Wi-Fi details will be sent 24 hours before check-in and are also available inside the home near the router and on the welcome card. Enjoy fast, reliable, work-friendly internet throughout the house.

Getting In

Enjoy self check-in with a smart lock. Your door code will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival and will remain active for the duration of your stay. Simply enter the code and press the unlock symbol to access the home.

Climate Control

The thermostat is located on the second floor in the main hallway. For optimal comfort, we recommend setting the cooling between 74–76°F in summer—the system is powerful and highly efficient. In winter, 68–72°F is ideal for comfortable sleep throughout the home.

Please do not set the AC below 69°F, as this can strain the system during extreme Phoenix summer heat. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan—please use it alongside the AC to maximize comfort and improve energy efficiency.

For best performance, keep exterior doors closed while the AC is running.

Pool & Hot Tub

The pool is a private saltwater system—gentler on skin and eyes with no strong chlorine smell. It is unheated and naturally warms with the Arizona sun, typically from April through October.

The hot tub control panel is located to the right of the spa steps (touchscreen display). Recommended temperature is 100–104°F, adjustable using the + / – buttons. To activate the jets, press the JET button; they run on 20-minute automatic cycles.

For safety and energy efficiency, the hot tub cover must be replaced after every use. A fee applies if the cover is left off overnight without use. Pool towels are available in the backyard shed.

Pool chemistry is professionally maintained—please do not add anything to the water. For your safety, never use the pool or spa during electrical storms, especially during the Phoenix monsoon season (July–September).

Kitchen & Appliances

All kitchen appliances are electric. To use the cooktop, set the dial to your desired heat level. The electric oven is also dial-controlled and preheats in about 12–15 minutes.

Dishwasher pods are located under the sink. Load dishes, select the Normal cycle, and press Start.

A Keurig coffee maker is available on the counter, with pods provided. The refrigerator includes a filtered water pitcher that can be refilled as needed. The ice maker is controlled via a toggle on the door panel and takes about 2 hours for the first batch.

All pots, pans, utensils, bakeware, and kitchen tools are stored in the lower cabinets and drawers. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, including mixing bowls, cutting boards, baking sheets, and serving dishes.

Trash & Recycling

The kitchen trash bin is located to the left of the sink. Extra trash bags are stored in the drawer to the right of the sink. Bathroom trash bins are provided in each bathroom, with small bags stored under the sink in each one.

Large outdoor trash bins (black) and the recycling bin (blue) are located on the right side of the house. Access them through the side gate—the latch is on the left side.

Please bag all trash securely before placing it in the outdoor bins. At checkout, kindly bring all indoor trash bags to the outdoor bins before departure. Thank you!

Smart TVs, WiFi & Entertainment

The home features three Smart TVs: 65" in the living room, 65" in the playroom, and 55" in the master bedroom. Wi-Fi network name and password are printed on the laminated card on the kitchen island counter.

All TVs support personal streaming accounts, including Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, and more.

Living Room TV (65") – Remote is on the coffee table. Press the HOME button to access all apps.

Playroom TV (65") – Remote is on the shelf next to the TV. Press HOME to access apps.

Master Bedroom TV (55") – Remote is on the nightstand. Press HOME or INPUT to switch sources.

Important: Please log out of all personal streaming accounts on all TVs before checkout.

Board games are located in the cabinet below the living room TV—perfect for family time. The billiards table includes cues and chalk on the wall rack, with balls stored in the felt-lined case beneath the table.

Parking

Parking is available in the private driveway and garage. Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways at any time.

An EV charger is available in the garage for guest use.

BBQ Grill & Outdoor Firepit

BBQ Grill: dual-fuel system (propane or charcoal).

For propane use: turn the left knob to START, then press the igniter to light. For charcoal: use the charcoal tray and the provided chimney starter. Preheat the grill for 5–10 minutes before cooking, keeping the lid closed for faster and more even heat.

Grill brush, tongs, and spatulas are stored in the outdoor cabinet next to the grill.

When finished with propane, turn the gas OFF at both the control knob and the propane tank valve. For charcoal, allow the coals to fully cool before disposing of them in the metal ash bucket provided.

Firepit: propane tank is located underneath. Slowly turn the valve knob, then use the long lighter provided to ignite. Use a maximum medium flame—avoid high settings in windy desert conditions. Always turn the firepit OFF when unattended and before going to sleep.

Washer & Dryer

Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room off the main hallway — easy to find. Laundry detergent pods are in the cabinet above the washer — use 1 pod per load. Washer: select Normal cycle, press Start — uses cold water by default for most fabrics. Dryer: select Normal heat setting — most loads are fully dry in 45–50 minutes. Please clean the dryer lint trap before AND after each use — it's a fire safety requirement. Iron and ironing board are stored in the laundry room closet, ready to use
